Most towns around the UK play host to a winemaking or wine and beer making club of some form or another. County Beermakers is different in that it is solely concerned with the making of beer.
Formed in 1976, the six founding members met at The County Arms (hence the name) to discuss, taste and critique homebrewed beers in order to improve the quality of their own product.
The club now meets at The Birkbeck Tavern, Leytonstone, East London and welcomes new members or casual visitors to join them at club meetings. |
