Mash at 155 deg F for 3 hours. Raise to 170 deg F over 1 hour. Boil for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
 
  2 lb Pale malt 1 oz Fuggles hops  
  5 oz Roast barley Goldings Dry hop  
  2 oz Wheat malt 1/4 tsp. salt  
12 oz Scots Porridge oats Soft water
